Hello,
I am trying once again to get a grip on this weight management thing. I'm hoping that I can use this site to help keep me on track.
I've started and stopped (which loosely translates to "giving up") many diets and exercise plans over the years. And I'm coming to terms with the idea that the problem may not be my weight, but rather my own attitudes toward myself, others and life in general. I'm finally willing to do the hard work associated with peeling away the pounds I've been using to "protect" myself from life.
I will try to be as authentic and truthful as possible on this forum and on the blog I plan to use. I hope to be a positive member of the 3fc community, to contribute as well as gain from the experiences of others. I want to say "thank you" in advance for being here and helping me believe that there is something to look forward to.
