  • Hello! I stumbled onto this forum randomly and thought I woulds check things out. I am currently on Weight Watchers and having a good run with it. I have lost 15 pounds so far, and I find the plan easy to follow. I have over 100 pounds to lose, so wish me luck :]

    I'm also training for a cancer walk this fall, which is helping me out as well. This year is the year I am turning my life around! I have been overweight all my life, and I'm finally doing something about it. So yay!

  • Welcome Rocais! You certainly have the right attitude. I love it! You'll find good camaraderie around here as well as fun challenges to keep you motivated and moving. I'm doing the 90 Day Exercise Challenge and the February Daily Weigh In Challenge. Get involved and chatting, see what everyone else is up to, and let them know what you're doing. It's encouraging to see others' successes and struggles, small or big.

    Work smart and hard, Rocais, and congrats on losing 15 lbs! That's great .
  • welcome! and GREAT job on that 15 lbs!!!! I am recently back here after staying away for nearly two years I am back on plan and this is the year I take control of my life and get healthy! I have over 100 lbs to go to so don't feel bad! WE CAN DO THIS!
