Calculate the number of minutes that you will exercise for the full month of March, post them here, then each day or week you take your remaining balance, subtract the minutes that you exercised and post your new balance. (ex 210-30=180 next day start with 180-30=150) Simple but it's a great tool for keeping us on track. All are welcome, so come on and give it a try.
To all of our gals that stayed with it the entire month of February! Even if the total minutes weren't met we are still winners because we didn't give up. Sometimes things happen and we fall, but just dust yourself off and jump right back in. No one here will ever be disappointed in you, because this is a challenge for you by you. My pledge is 910 minutes for March. 31 days, less five Mondays (my day off) times 35 minutes per day, equals 910 total.
