12 Week Challenge - Week #8

  • Since no one has stepped up to the plate to get this week's challenge going I thought I would.

    Let's use part of the WW meeting this week: Changing a "I Can't" to "I Can"--what can you change this week or would like to change?

    My "I Can't" was "I Can't go walking". I made an effort this past week to walk whenever I could and now I feel the "urge" to move more and not sit idle.

    I'm happy to report I lost .8 this week. Now to get rid of the other 2 1/2 that I'm still hanging onto from Christmas.

    I didn't start the challenge, because you and I were the only ones to join last week! But I am in if you are!
    I was down 1.2 this week, so I am slowly getting returning to goal!

    My problem attitude was "I can't exercise intensely". This was due partly to having a new baby, it being cold outside, not having anyone to watch her so I could go to the gym, and not having $$ for a membership. Also, any time she actually slept, I needed to do homework.
    My final is tomorrow, and I am going to stop paying for WW meetings and get paid to work them. So I will devote my extra time to exercising with my daughter- snuggli, sled, stroller when possible. And, I will redirect the money I spend on meetings to a gym membership and find a way to get there!!(As soon as I start working meetings!)
