I am going to cut out animal products for 2 weeks to reset myself and up my nutritional status. Starting now. I know it's short notice, but no time like the present.
Would anyone like to join me? Following along the lines of Dr. Furhman's Eat-to-Live basic regimen of produce, fruits, beans, legumes, flaxseed, smoothies, etc. I'm going to Log my foods in every day; today's breakfast was off the plan, but, like I said, no time like now to start !
