Daily portion limits e.g. cheese

  • Ok, I'm literally salivating over all the yummy SBD recipes I've found in the book, here, and elsewhere on the net and I still can't believe I'm going to lose any weight eating all of this!

    I may have missed it somewhere in my reading, but is there a limit to how many portions you can have of certain foods?

    I would assume it's only one sweet 'treat' per day, like the chocolate smoothie etc., but what about cheese and milk?

    I lurrve me some cheese, and would eat it at every meal if I could! Even though it is of the low-fat variety, I'm guessing there has to be a limit to avoid it being counter-productive?
