Has anyone tried it?? My girlfriend has thrown herself into it with abandon but one day all she at was sliced chicken and cottage cheese, an egg and some milk. Seemed kinda weird and wondered if anyone had a long-term success using it?
I has the opportunity recently to talk with a person who was doing it. It has an "Attack" phase at the beginning with very low carbs. Only a short time, sort of like Atkins. She had been successful. Good luck to your friend.

my coworker did it. she lost about 20lbs (which was her goal) but she was a horrible cranky lady for a while. she was hungry all the time and hated what she had to eat. she was underfed. but she did lose it and has kept it off since late last summer when she started it. im not sure what her routines are now, but she still looks good!
