So super excited! I started the HCG (drops not injection) on Monday and my starting weight was 197
I have completely stuck to the diet and have to say, it hasnt been too hard! But when I stepped on the scale this morning i was sooo happy! I lost 4 pounds already! 193!!
So I am more than halfway to my mini goal of 7 lbs in 7 days and feeling great!
