    I just wanted to say hello as I've just registered today.

    About me: I'm single, 29, an adult ESL teacher. I have a cat and two guitars. My favorite things are music, thrifting, watching bad TV and dancing.

    My weight loss goal is 50-60 pounds, depending on what I feel like when I get to 50, haha! A few months ago I lost about 15 pounds which meant I finally finally got under 200. This feels good, and now I'm up for the next step of getting all the way to my goal.

    I'm excited to be getting back on track and joining this awesome community.

  • welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 20 or 30-somethings whichever you like better.
