Wow never realized I would be thif bloated!!!!!

  • Just started eating healthy again after a month or so of eating JUNK.
    Made some chilli(vegetarian with mushrooms, tons of beans, onions, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, orange bell peppers, celery, low sodium tomatoes, spices, brown rice, and I had a big bowl of it with a pita bread so full I can not breathe lol.

    Must be the beans and brown rice sitting heavy is this normal being this bloated..

  • When I eat heavier food I feel bloated, too. It seems to support the notion that we aren't supposed to be eating huge meals to begin with, it makes some of us feel fat and sluggish. I'd rather spread it out over the course of the day in mini-meals so I totally get what you're feeling right now.
  • Drink a lot of water... it helps keep things moving!
