    i have now lost 21 pds for the month!!!! yaaaaayyy!!!!! can't wait to wear shorts again. can't wait to wear a bathing suit with no cover. can't wait to shop the small section at thrift store. can't wait to have even MORE energy. hats off to everyone who is losing weight. takes alot of patience and motivation!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Wow! That's really great! shorts for the summer are my big motivation too! Down 41 lbs since October... had a tough time through christmas, but I'm getting back on track. Ur excitement motivates me! lol
