Newbie

  • Hi everybody!

    I think this is the right forum for me? I'm new to 3FC and I'm fluctuating between 145-147 for the past week or so. My ideal weight would be 130-135 (even though I'm short I have a medium-large frame and anything lower I start looking weird). I actually like going to the gym and usually aim for 5-6 days a week and do both cardio and strength training. My problem is calorie counting...not my fav lol. But from my understanding the last 5-10 lbs is the hardest to lose so I'm really trying to buckle down. My extra motivation is that I'm going on a family vacation to Hawaii in 10 weeks. And even though I'm wicked excited that's about a solid 2 months sooner than I'd have to see myself in a bathing suit here in new england...kinda scared about that part, not gonna lie haha
