Okay, so i restarted the 2nd part of my journey about 4 months ago and am down to my lowest weight ever/ 26 lbs down.
I'm continuing good eating habits-- i dropped my calories from 1428 to 1323 calories a day due to the weight lost and the scale is showing results. but i'm really in "uncharted" territory and am worried that i will never reach my goal weight because all the weights between here and there i've never been before...

Maybe instead focus on how you see your body changing, and how your body is feeling now. Don't give up to fear.
