I am excited to join this community. I have started dieting yesterday and cannot wait to lose this weight and begin a slimmer life. after attempting a cleanse yesterday I realized I need to do something more realistic and healthier so i decided to do low-carb. today is my all protein day and tomorrow afternoon i should be able to start eating some fruits and veggies. I am looking to lose at least 20lbs but would really like to lose 30lbs.
