I was wondering do canned lentils and chick peas have a lot of sodium. I do not want to make them and I have high blood pressure and was wondering if I rinse them off will most of the salt be gone or is there too much cooked into them.
I can't answer your question but lentils don't take very long to cook. Chickpeas take forever, lol.
Is there anything special you have to do with the lentils before you cook them. I have a bag and some are broke and what not.
