I have 2 very stupid questions:
1) meal protein - how many ounces now I understand this has recently changed? Is it after cooking or before cooking? meat and fish ounces different?
2) meal veggies - 4 cups raw or cooked?

As I read "RAW RAW RAW" I couldn't help but think that sounded like a cheer, 
which to me is fitting because Wuv is one of our best cheerleaders!
