1 week and 2 days on Medifast - LOST 7 POUNDS!

  • I find the Medifast plan really is fitting for my lifestyle... I'm eating what I like to think of as my snacks throughout the day and then still get my dinner, and it's working and it's easy! Down 7 pounds already, my mini goal is 25 pounds by March 4th! YAYYYYY!!!!! Really excited
