Anyone have any advice on how to diet when you have a cold? I start craving heavier breakfasts and I frequently feel sapped of my energy until I eat something. I am definitely consuming a lot more with my cold. I can't tell if I am using it as an excuse to eat a lot or if my body really needs this stuff to heal.

Green tea with lemon and maybe just a tiny bit of honey helps me feel so much better and keeps me from eating everything in the cupboards!
I dealt with it by eating more at breakfast and lunch and then having a protein shake and light dinner. I kept my calories relatively the same but I was 100 over on the first day. I continued working out but left intense exercise out. I still worked up a good sweat though
