Hope you don't mind my getting us started. I am just about to go to bed and I know that tomorrow is going to be a busy day and might not get to check in. I've done really well and been eating on plan mostly (I did have a drink last night!) and found a World Market right by me so I have had OP snacks to counteract those darn tempting ones at the conference.
My colleague found out she had cancer last year (they caught it and she's healthy) and since then, has lost 40 lbs. She's my inspiration. She looks so good now and so happy. So, when I saw her exiting the hotel on her way to the gym tonight (I was on my way back from a walk with another colleague), I decided to hit the gym as well.
I've got two more conference days then Friday afternoon I get to meet a friend (who I met online actually and also has dropped a ton of weight) and have some fun. Well deserved after all this work!
Whatcha up to today?

Darn it because today was my sort of free day and I was planning some road running for licence and health card renewals and to track down some fabric to finish a quilt. I guess it will be a snuggle in at home day instead which will please the dogs mightily. Poor Disney came in with ice pellets all over her coat and needs some love and affection to recover. As a Katrina survivor, she does not like being wet and miserable.

<--- Me (not laughing, just tumbling on the ground as the Wagon leaves me behind)
!,) my eating schedule went completely out of whack, so I ate things I probably shouldn't eat at lunch, and now I've raided the vending machine at work for my first "package" of sugar since Jan 3. I believe it's a combination of TOM, no decent breakfast, and the fact that I knew I would be off-plan tonight for my niece's 21st birthday so "logically" it's ok for me to be awful all day.
