Hiya, my name's Kat and I'm a cheesaholic!!

  • Boo!

I'm currently sitting at 155lbs, I'm 5'7, I want to be back down to around 130 which I was back in 2010.

I'm going to try and do it just with Kinect and some of the exercise videos. I'm trying to save money, and the gym is just too expensive (and I probably wouldn't go either!)

So here goes...first workout today *sadface*. I think my most challenging thing will be to stop eating cheese and crisps. *sadderface*
  • Welcome to the forum! You can do it, walk away from the cheese and chips and enjoy those work outs.
    Best of luck to you!
  • Kathouse, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to look into the UK Chicks
  • Thanks girls, I will definitely look for those support groups, might even meet people who live near me!!
  • Welcome. I'm wondering why you need to give up cheese? It can fit into any meal plan if used moderately. I can understand giving up crisps but cheese can be good for you if you eat a small amount as part of a snack or a meal. I had 2 cheesestrings last night before bed with my tea. It was my first taste of cheese in over a month and they fit into my calorie allowance for the day.
