Hi everyone,
I've come back after 18 months. Previously I had gotten up to 205 and got down to 171. I had a series of health issues and personal things come up and fell of the wagon. I weighed myself in October and was 203 again!
I've had a couple false starts in Oct, but I started P90x again and bought a bike in Nov. I've been working out 5-6 times a week and am eating better the last couple of months. I won the December Biggest Loser contest at my work place in Dec after losing 11 lbs.
I am re-commiting myself to getting healthy. I wanted to lose 20lbs before my vacation next week and am happy that I've achieved that. I have a wedding in September and really want to reach my goal or close to it by then.
