I have a large amount to lose (110 lbs) so it seems more doable to break it into mini goals. My first mini goal is to lose 10% (25 lbs.) of my weight. I started my healthy living lifestyle on December 30, 2011 and have lost 2 pounds so far. I started slow but im now making drastic changes. Wish me luck!
Good luck and stay strong! Keep reminding yourself that you have a weigh-in day scheduled to see results and you don't want to have any regrets when you weigh-in. No regrets! Eat healthy and move more! You can do it!
Thank You! Those encouraging words mean so much, you have no idea! I have really been eating right this week, drinking tons of water and walking at least 45 minutes a day this week. I feel so good about myself. I pray I can keep it up!
