Today was my grandpas bday. Here's the rundown on my eating today...
Yogurt (100 calories) for breakfast
3 babel cheeses bite size (70 calories each) for lunch
About 8 slices of 2% cheese, three slices of turkey, one slice of roast beef, two slices of virgins ham wrapped in lettuce for dinner...
and then the blow.. two small slices of cheesecake and one of birthday cake.
Did I screw myself? Im so worried about this.


during thanksgiving and Christmas I had dessert (sometimes two) and still managed to lose weight over both of those holidays! It's all about planning ahead!
