I'm Sara. I've been dieting for years, and have been that 112 lbs. I am aiming for.. I just accomplished losing that 20 lbs. within two months and had no life other than eating tuna, drinking two gallons of water, and working out every day. Since that time I have gained around 25 lbs. It's time to get rid of it. I'm easing into the idea of taking it one day at a time and doing this over a period of 3 months, which I feel is completely acceptable. 1.5 lbs. a week for the next 11 weeks. 16.5 lbs. If I can get to 125, I will be satisfied..I can do this. and if I can get to 125 I know I can get to 112.
I would absolutely love to find some partners for this, and to keep each other motivated. Let's go!
