Hi, I started this program on Monday. Its been 5 days and I have lost 10 pounds this week and 18 total since I started trying to loose weight in October. I started just by working out and not changing my eating habits. So hopefully this works for me as it has been this week. I am currently not following it with a dr due to cost but I have the paperwork from a friend that I am following it on my own and trying to make it as close as I can.
I am 34 years old with 3 fun kiddos who are 8, 6 and 3.
I'm hoping to get some new recipe ideas. Not sure how to search for recipes though.
