My eggo is prego..

  • Hi everyone *waves*

    I am back.. 50 lbs lighter and pregnant... We just found out and couldn't be happier.. I am still on a strict diet and losing but not as fast as I was because of the baby. Doctor said that as long as I am getting 2,500 cals a day that me and baby will be fine..

    I broke my tail bone New years eve so that has put a hold on working out.. But my goal is still to get 100 miles in January is by either walking, biking, or jogging.. (Yes I jog.. and jiggle )

  • Yes, congratulations on the baby; ouch, that tailbone needs to heal up ... I imagine running might not be a good idea until it is though. Sent up some ^prayers^ for you about that too ...
  • Congrats...I've been gone over a year and just now getting back to eating healthy. Hubby & I want to get pregnant this year and Dr. told me I have to get to 240 before we can go back on fertility meds. It is nice to have a specific goal although 240 is not even close to my ultimate goal, it is my short term goal.
