my exercise routine

  • i just wanted to come on and share with whoever cares what i typically do in a weeks worth of exercising

    monday: run on treadmill for 40 minutes, strength train for 20 minutes
    tuesday: super high incline on the elliptical for 30 minutes, run for 20 minutes
    wednesday: same as monday
    thursday: same as tuesday
    friday: SPINNING CLASS!! (myfav)
    saturday: elliptical for 30 minutes, run for 30 minutes, strength train for 20 minutes

    for those days i do not feel like the gym, i sometimes do a couple workout dvds at home, or a workout from this app i have on my phone (high intensity)
