Today at week 5, I am pleased to say that I have lost a total of 23.5lbs! HOWEVER, I asked my coach to re-measure my body fat. The measurements showed that while I lost about 2.5% of body fat from initial measurement, I also lost about 8lbs of what was called "lean mass" from my initial lean mass measurement.

Can someone please explain this to me? I was not completely comfortable with the explanation I received.
