Hi All
Happy New Year. I am back on IP so back here with my fav support group. I had taken a little hiatus back in October because I was on the road quite a bit. Moved to another city a new job and new travel schedule. I tried so hard to maintain my 20lbs weight loss but inevitable ended up gaining 8lbs. Now I am back on track to loose the 8 plus the left over pounds from my last goal.
So hope to make it happen this time. Just curious will IP be just as effective this tme after the Hiatus or will it not be? Any experiences
