So despite being out yesterday I still stayed OP.
Today's plan will be the following
B: 3/4 c. TJ's honey nut o's (2) 1/2 c. almond milk (.5) apple (1)
S: granola bar
L: wendy's baked potato & side salad
S:
D: Sesame salmon (6) coconut rice (2) veggie
I am going to do Brikah Yoga today and then go join the gym and I will drink LOTS of water today because I sweat so much in hot yoga

I tried hot yoga went to 3 classes and just could not do it lol I am not very bendy
I'm not bendy either but there is something about it and they had a beginning special...10 consecutive days for $10 as much as you want so I might as well do it while I can.
Well it looks like the salmon is going to have to be tomorrow I think...I have 3 kids sick with the flu so they are having soup and I picked up a packet of Chili for hubby and I (just add water) and it's only 90 calories per cup
