This week I will....

  • I went a ways back in this forum and I saw this thread posted by another member and thought it was a great idea!

    This week I will....
    ~Do JM's ripped in 30 everyday
    ~Drink 6 glasses of water everyday
    ~Eat healthy on new years eve
    ~SMILE!

  • I agree.... great idea! OK, let's see.....

    This week I will....
    * Keep my carb intake low
    * Eat more salads
    * Eat more protein
    * Drink more water
    * Drink NO alcohol
    * Get my butt back into the gym!!!

  • ~Exercise 1 hour minimum every day
    ~Limit my sodium intake
    ~Get the go-ahead from my doctor for training for a half marathon in 2012
    ~Get back to the Y for swimming and weight circuit
    ~Keep focused on my goal even when I have house guests (and snacks) around
  • Stay under 1500 calories every day

    Exercise every day

    um...that's it for now. Easing back into weight loss mode after a maintenance week.
  • This week I will not stop for a snack at the gas station/fast food joint/etc. and mindlessly eat in my car

    This week I will cook more meals than I buy.
  • Do my crunches and arm work diligently.

    Stretch.

    Take my vitamins every day.

    Drink more water.

    Get enough sleep.

    Stay within 50 calories of my plan on "down days".

    Start taking down the decorations before New Years.
  • The next two days, since this only happens at work.. LOL

    I will only eat what I take to work and not go and buy junk that I don't need!
  • This week I will:

    - exercise every day, even if it's just 20 minutes on the treadmill

    - not gain (more opportunities to eff up this week....).

    - drink all of my daily water (it's been hard to stick with this since it's cold)
