I love Eating Well magazine. Today I just tried this crock pot recipe for Steel Cut Oats. So easy:

Anyway, while I was flipping through the magazine, there was a reference to their 28-Day Diet Challenge starting on January 1. They do an entire 28-Day Meal planner to go with it. Kinda awesome.
