I'm 19 and weigh 234lbs.
I don't really know how to start losing weight.
I noticed that the way I do it really isn't that healthy. :S
What is some advice on how to start losing weight?
What are some great diet plans that you have used?
I noticed alot of talk about the 17 Day Diet plan, what's that about? Has anyone else used it? Would it be right for me?
