    2012 sounds like a great year to meet my goals

    Jan 1st - 30 mins Elliptical, 20 min Treadmill Total = 50 mins
    Jan 3rd - 60 mins Weight Training

    Total: 110 mins
  • Jan 1 - 3 - no exercise
    Jan 4 - Elliptical - 5 mins, Power Aerobics - 60 mins

    Summary

    Elliptical - 5 mins
    Power Aerobics - 60 mins

    Total - 65 mins
