I was wondering I am going to try the dash diet as have borderline high blood pressure. I did it today but you need 5-6 grains and when I was done for the day between everything I was at 265 carbs. That is too many for me as there are a lot in fruit also.
So i was wondering is it more important to have the 5 grains or just get the 40 grams of fiber.
Also would you know any low carb grains.
