Has anyone trioed this ? it's a poweder you eat that swells in your stomach.
its a insoluble fibre in the capsule..it works like any other fibre from what i have heard..i dont reccomend wasting your money when you can just go to the store and buy some benefibre..it will do the same thing.
I imagine it's the same concept of the "Fullbar" snacks. Just like any other gimmick, if it really worked, everyone would be using it and singing its praises, right? Unfortunately, there are no miracle pills, bars, shakes, etc.
jillybean-precisely. They have no business marketing this as anything similar to surgery . . .
Another weight loss miracle pill that doesn't work except to lighten you bank account.
