I stepped on the scale and was under 330 lbs. today - 329.8! I can't remember the last time I saw the 320's. I started doing a happy dance .

I am seeing the glass half full today.

- I am down 34 lbs. and have 134 lbs. to go. I am excited to be at a place where I have under 100 lbs. to lose. When I look at my numbers I am able to see I only have to lose another 34 lbs. to be at that place - if I lost 34 lbs. once then I can do it again.

If I am this excited at 329 imagine how excited I will be at 299!!!! I will want to throw a party!!!!
