
I need help! I just got off the scale for the 1st time in probably 6 months and weigh more now than I ever have (231)....GULP!!! I am sick to my stomach and scared. I have been wanting to start a program/diet/getting healthy lifestyle for a long time. I have learned over the years that I have no will power. How do you even start? I know all the things I shouldn't be doing, but I can't seem to put down the Pepsi/chips/whatever is handy. On a good note, I quit smoking 11/11/11, which I am extremely proud of, however that has made the eating worse. I know it's all just hard work, but I don't know where to begin. Does anyone have any advise on how to start?
