Decided I need to start posting what I eat...

  • to help keep me in line. I have done low carb off and on for years with mostly good results. I have found I can cheat some and still lose just not as fast. So here goes.

    Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit - I know it is not low carb but they are so good and have had luck eating them.

    grilled chicken salad with cesar dressing

    very small piece of fudge
    cookie
    low carb breakfast bar - 3 carbs

    scrambled egg, cauliflower casserole with cheese and sour cream

    lots of water and some diet cokes
  • I don't eat any carbs I shouldn't but I do have a Monster once in a while n it's the low carb one but that still puts me at 3 extra carbs but I can't help it I love MONSTER.
  • Well I have already done pretty bad today but I am going to drink a ton of water and see if that helps. It usually does. Let you know tomorrow what all i ate and what kind of mood the scale fairy was in.
  • Well, I have not given up. I have been sick with a horrible head and chest cold so have not been dieting really that much. Not hungry at all for much of anything but weight has stayed the same so that is good. Will try to start back tomorrow.
  • Don't wait till tomorrow, start as of RIGHT NOW...man NO ONE is perfect and so u will have your moments but when they happen u have to learn to brush it off and start from there and keep trying....I wish u much will power.

  • Finally over the cold so back on the low carb. But funny thing was I ate pretty much what I wanted while I was sick and lost 2 pounds. Go figure. This morning tho I am retaining fluid. I know this cause I ate a lot of salty stuff.

    Apple Pecan Chicken Salad from Wendy's with cesar dressing
    Grilled cheese on wheat bread
    About 3 cups of Texas Trash Snack stuff - extremely high carb but I am addicted.

    grilled chicken breast with honey mustard sauce
    more cheese
    one hershey's kiss
    small hamburger
    fries
    rum and orange juice

    151.4 this morning. Not bad considering what I ate last night.
  • Getting back serioius Tuesday. I have one month to get back where I was at the end of the summer.````

  • Missed a few days because of the holidays but I have been pretty good on the diet.

    I have lost a total of 3 pounds in a week. Not as much as I wanted but I will take it.
