Starting the day after tomorrow

  • Hi!

    I've decided to give SBD a try on the day after tomorrow (I don't want to say on Monday) as I have said that many many many times before!

    I was worried about the no fruit rule in Phase 1 but then realised that on most days, I don't eat fruit anyway! I eat junk instead! I'm tired of this roller coaster of cravings and desire for unhealthy food. I'm addicted to fat and sugar! I'm constantly thinking about my next meal, even as I'm eating that one!

    Can't wait to see results. It will be tough but please please let me have the strength to push through, I need to be healthy for my two beautiful children.

    I will post again as I begin my journey.

  • Phase I can be tough initially, but WOW, does it work!! I no longer stop at the gas station for a pack of Starburst .

  • Ph 1 is a bit tough if you don't like eating the same things over and over again but it's well worth it to do a CLEAN and thorough 14 days.
