Moving Through the Holidays Beachers Exercise Challenge, part 2


  • Now that the celebration season is ramping up, with lots of tempting high fat, sugary foods and drinks it's time to pull out every trick in our arsenals to make it to the new year without added weight. and inches. It can be a very challenging time to stay focused on health and fitness.

    This is the perfect time to join other Beachers in the monthly exercise challenge. What a great way to stay accountable and challenge ourselves to move just a little more this month. Regular exercise can help keep your energy up and strengthen your resolve to make it to 2012 a fit and healthy you! So come on in, whether you are a new exerciser just getting started, a regular looking for a little extra accountability this season or an experienced workout fiend you are welcome in the South Beach Exercise Challenge. Together we can make it through the holiday season.

    My back injury has slowed me down....
    I'll keep my usual minutes goal, but really the goal is to just do *something* every day. My PT exercises should take care of that.

    Emma - PT exercises were great for keeping my numbers up and that kept me on track with my PT, nice balance
