Anyone on this program, what are your thoughts on the nutrition and the workouts. I saw this program on the Doctors and people are having success. It runs about $70 and offers a lifetime membership to online fitness sources.
I need to really tone and define my body at this point. I hit a plateau again, and need to drop about 50 more pounds and keep it off.
