SPRING BREAK CHALLENGE! Who's With Me!?

  • SPRING BREAK CHALLENGE!

    Spring Break is around 4 months away, and is when a lot of us get out of town and start stripping down to our skimpy clothing. This year i would like to look HOTT by Spring Break! I would like to be well into Onederland and on my way to my Goal.

    There will be weekly weigh ins and recognition to those girls that do well! This needs to be a tight support group and a motivational challenge, so if women do not weigh in for more than 2 weeks in a row, then they are eliminated from the challenge.

    We will start with individual and generally move into teams! I ran a challenge this summer and ended up losing 20 lbs in 7 weeks!!!

    My Starting Weight is 233

    My Goal Weight for Spring Break 2012 is 190 lbs!

    My spring break starts Feb 18 so I've got a bit less time before I'm at the beach... but progress I can make before then is GREAT.

    But on which day is the weigh-in? Or it doesn't matter?

    My current weight is 137 lbs (I think.. I didn't weigh myself for a week already, but I think I've lost 1 lb or so this week).
    My goal weight for spring break (which starts 25th of February) is 130 lbs.

    I just started my diet on Atkins today and am looking for a challenge as I need to be accountable. I am a single mom and I know if I dont check in with someone I may just give up when the going gets tough.

    I have a big party to go to in March so this challenge would be perfect if it is still open?
