I'm from West Tennessee about 25 miles below the Kentucky border. So far I've lost about 10 lbs, but I need to lose about 30 more.

Hey - I'm from Tri-Cities so now we have all 3 parts of the state covered !
I'm beating back a few pounds I've gained since fall started. Weird I sucessfully maintained all summer and the minute the weather cooled, I'm up 3 pounds. Still need to lose about 10-15 more.

I am from Tennessee!!! Yay Tennessee!! I am from the tri-cities area as well! Woot! I am not doing super awesome right now on my weight loss but overall I am at around a 50 lb weight loss
