Let's Move It Weekly Exercise Challenge 11/26/11

  • to "Let's Move It"!

    This is a challenge to help us move just a little bit... or alittle bit more.

    Caution... If you are new to Ideal Protein, you must consult with your coach as to when you may begin to exercise.

    All other challengers, please check with your coach and/or doctor before starting any exercise program/challenge.

    So, this is a weekly challege. Let's make this a Sunday to Saturday Challenge.

    The idea is to make a goal to as how many minutes a week you will exercise. If you like, you can go on tickerfactory.com and pick out a ticker and keep track that way, or just post it here. (example Goal: 120min / 30min to date) I think when we see it in writing, it gives us such encouragement to keep moving. Whatever works for YOU !

  • WooHoo!! I like this. My doc/coach said I can do 15 minutes of walking a day now. That's basically a trip down the hall to the bathroom where I work. lol

  • I just did my exercise tracker and am headed out to take my pups on a walk...I have a 5 year old LhasaPoo and a 1 year old Great Dane. Every now and again it is as if the Dane is walking me!!!

  • My exercises will be toning up. Doing sit-ups, stretches, Work on my arms. Taking the dog for a walk. I have to get my exercise ticker yet.
  • Maybe my cat will want to go on a walk with me? no? haha My goal will be to take the stairs at work. No elevator this week for me!
  • I have done a whole lot of housecleaning the last 2 days, moping, vacuuming, moved some furniture around. I did not do any sit ups though. I hope to get about 20 minutes of me time tomorrow before everyone gets here. Looking foward to that
  • Added my ticker. Sunday is rest day, but will start Monday. Already did Callanetics and walking last week.
  • I'm in. I recieved an error when trying to add my exercise ticker, so I'll just add the info in text to my signature. Goal: 150 min.

    I'll set my goal at 150 mins for this upcoming week!
  • I think I will jump on this bandwagon.
    My goal for this week will be to park farthest in the parking lot/street of where ever it is I go and to work out with Wiifit for 120min this week starting today!
    Goal 120min Wii and park far in lot.

    Today I am going for a walk/run with an ole friend. Therapeutic in many todays my time out - exercise and a good friend. It is so gorgeous here in CT - going to enjoy it while it is here.... laundry can wait!

  • Great idea for a challenge!! Thanks for starting it!!
    My goal this week will be to make 3 boxing classes by Friday AND since I'm going out of town this weekend I am going to throw in that I will hit the treadmill at the hotel at least 2 times while I'm there!!
