my sweet husband did something wonderful the other day.

He taped a note to my scale that says, "You are beautiful" and he drew a cute flower on the bottom

He told me to always look at that note and remember, no matter what the scale reads.


It was just the little boost I needed.

thankfully, he is just like that. This was no "special" thing that he did out of the ordinary. He is just a kind and thoughtful man


as far as where to get them....I have no idea. There needs to be more like him, however. He is almost 8 years older than I am, and I know I couldn't stand somebody my own age-- haha, so that may be part of it.
