Just a quick post to say that my waist is now 29inches, which 5 months ago was the same size as my thigh. That wasn't at my biggest either I was a good 30lbs heavier than my highest recorded weight on 3fc at one point, so I dread to think how big I looked back then. I always avoided, mirrors, cameras, scales and tape measures.
I started off today as feeling fat, now I don't feel so fat, now I've realized how far I've come. I still have 20lbs to go until I reach goal, it doesn't seem so impossible now.
