out there (highs to 85 today and it's almost there!) but I haven't exercised since Jan31st
and boy, was it hard! BUT, despite a nasty bruise on my shin AND TOM arriving 2 days late and that heat and humidty, I went out and did my 4.5 miles in 52:36

Got myself up and out of the house a little past 5:30am this morning and got in my 4.5 miles in 54min flat. Couldn't go out later that morning, so it was now or never!
