OK, my first real attempt to lose weight in 10years. There are so many programs how do you decide on one that is right for you? 100lbs overweight and never exercised, so just getting off the couch feels like exercise and leaves me out of breath. I suppose Atkins offers more food choices, maybe it will work, but how to start an exercise program being so out of shape, I have to say I am lost. Any Help would be appreciated.
