hello to all!! I recently purchased a few IP packets that I do not like and I don't know anyone local that is doing the program so I figured I would put them on here to see if anyone would like to purchase or trade them. I am not looking for much money I am more looking to give them to someone who can use them since they are sitting in a closet for now. I have 6 cappuccino drink mixes and 6 plain omelet mixes. I also have 5 of each the wildberry yogurt and white cheddar ridges. I will pay for the shipping that is not a problem like I said I hate to see them go to waste and my clinic will not let me return them. thanks for reading!!

For the omlettes, have you tried some of the recipes? They were a bit rubbery by themselves, but with the recipes they are my go-to food

I'd give em another chance or two before losing the money.

For the cappucino, if you drink coffee, try subsituting the coffee for the water for a much richer drink. If you dont drink coffee, consider mixing it with the chocolate or butterscotch or vanilla puddings (mix dry, then separate for 2 portions).
Its weak and a bit fake tasting by itself, but substituting the hot (with a splash of your milk allowance) or cold coffee (buzzed in a blender with ice + 1 packet of sweetener) should really make it something you enjoy.

I dont have the white cheddar ridges here, but think they would work very well crushed up as a coating for eggplant or zucchini (or chicken if you mix IP packets and proteins). The recipe below was with the salt and vinegar (or BBQ ridges) so if they are similar, it should work.

just saw this so you may have already gotten rid of them. However...your packets listed are some of my favorites. I have the capp drink everyday and love the omelet and crisps. If you haven't gotten rid of them I would love to pay you for them
